The "Write" Stuff Challenge
This week's challenge is to write down everything you consume. It is fascinating to me how much more aware you are when you see what you've eaten on paper. You don't even have to break it down into calories(although it is even more eye-opening). Just try keeping a little notebook handy and keep track. Once you have the evidence on paper you can see where you need to make changes.

This is really a good idea. You hear it all the time, but that's because it works. When you're busy with two small kids it's easy to forget what you've eaten, and either end up not getting enough or getting too much high-calorie stuff. When I keep track I can be sure that I'm getting enough of the good stuff.
