Lunges with a Twist



I am all about getting the most done in the least amount of time. Lunges are awesome for getting all those lower body muscles, and today I learned a way to target your obliques (muffin top area) too. Hold a weight (5-10 pounds is a great place to start) in front of your chest and as you do your lunges rotate to the side. Make sure you only twist with your upper body and hold your shoulders back. Bad posture = OUCH!
